Devoku Community Guidelines

Effective: 18 September 2026 Last updated: 16 September 2026

These Guidelines apply to human messages, groups, shared agents, uploads, profiles, and other content shared with people through Devoku. The Acceptable Use Policy also applies.

Be lawful and respect consent

  • Share only content you have the right to share.
  • Obtain consent before recording, monitoring, adding people to groups, or processing their data with an agent.
  • Do not impersonate, deceive, scam, spam, scrape, or evade another user’s block or request to stop.
  • Do not share private information, credentials, intimate content, or precise location without authorization.

Keep people safe

No child exploitation or sexualization, grooming, threats, stalking, harassment, hate-based attacks, incitement to violence, terrorism, trafficking, self-harm encouragement, or non-consensual intimate imagery is allowed. AI-generated or altered content is covered by the same rules.

Devoku is an adult-only service. Report suspected underage accounts to abuse@devoku.com.

Use AI honestly

Do not present an AI agent as a human. Label synthetic or materially altered media where a reasonable person could be misled or law requires disclosure. Do not use agents for mass unsolicited contact or deceptive engagement.

Reports, blocking, and appeals

Use in-product report and block controls where available. You may also email abuse@devoku.com with:

  • a message, conversation, account, or workspace identifier;
  • the rule or law you believe is violated;
  • a concise explanation and relevant context; and
  • your contact details for follow-up.

For illegal-content notices in the EU, state why the content is illegal, identify its exact electronic location, provide your name and email except where law permits omission, and include a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete. Coded will acknowledge and decide notices as required by applicable law.

Do not download or resend child sexual abuse material to make a report. Report the location or identifier and contact local authorities where appropriate. For imminent danger, contact emergency services.

Coded may remove or restrict content, features, or accounts; preserve evidence; and notify providers or authorities. We consider severity, context, intent, recurrence, impact, and remediation. Where required, we explain the legal or policy basis, scope, duration, use of automation, and appeal route.

Appeal a Coded moderation decision to appeals@devoku.com within six months, unless the decision notice gives another period. Identify the decision and explain why it should change. A person not responsible for the initial decision should review the appeal where practicable.

Organization administrators may separately control organization content and accounts. Questions about their decisions should first go to that organization.

Copyright notices

Send a copyright notice to legal@devoku.com identifying:

  • the protected work and your authority to act;
  • the exact location of the allegedly infringing material;
  • your name, address, telephone number, and email;
  • a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and
  • a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the rights holder or authorized agent, together with a physical or electronic signature.

We may forward the notice to the uploader. A counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former location, explain in good faith why removal was mistaken, include the legally required identity, jurisdiction, service, and signature statements, and be sent to legal@devoku.com. Coded may restore material when legally permitted. We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

This procedure does not claim US Digital Millennium Copyright Act safe-harbor status. Coded must separately designate and register an agent if it elects to use the US statutory process.
